The Creative Crew is my one-person design studio — small on purpose!

I’m Maddi Crew, the designer behind it all. After graduating from Iowa State University in 2023, I spent the beginning of my career working full-time at a creative agency, where I gained hands-on experience in branding, marketing design, and real-world collaboration.

A few months ago, I made the exciting jump into working independently — and The Creative Crew was born.

Now, I get to bring all that agency experience into a more personal, intentional design process. At The Creative Crew, you work directly with me from start to finish. No hand-offs, no confusion — just clear communication, consistent quality, and design that genuinely reflects your brand.
